Job Title: AI R&D Researcher – Grade 12 (Generative AI & Agentic Systems)

Job Purpose: Conduct applied and experimental research in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems, and translate outputs into deployable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·       Conduct applied AI research in LLMs, Generative AI, multimodal AI, and agentic AI.

·       Develop AI models, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering strategies.

·       Design multi-agent systems and intelligent automation workflows.

·       Run experiments, validate models, and ensure reproducibility.

·       Support model deployment, MLOps integration, and performance monitoring.

·       Contribute to intellectual property, publications, and innovation outcomes.

·       Ensure alignment with AI ethics, governance, data privacy, and security policies.

Qualifications

·       MSc or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·       3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, or applied research projects. 5+ years relevant experience in case of Bachelor degree holders.

·       Demonstrated experience in developing prototypes, proof-of-concepts, or deployable AI solutions.

Required Technical Skills

·       Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

·       LLMs, NLP, Transformers, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.

·       RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation.

·       Agentic AI design, orchestration, and AI workflow automation.

·       Model evaluation, experimentation, benchmarking, and optimization.

·       Working experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.

Preferred Technical Skills

·       Multimodal AI, fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model customization.

·       HPC, multi-GPU systems, distributed training, and model deployment.

·       MLOps/LLMOps tools, APIs, containers, and production monitoring.

·       Experience with data governance, AI ethics, cybersecurity, or secure on-premise AI deployment.
