AI Transformation Director

We are looking for someone to help redesign an entire business for the age of Agentic AI.

Alsayegh Group is one of the Middle East’s leading integrated business groups, operating across marketing, communications, media, events, exhibitions, production, fit-out, FF&E, technology and immersive experiences.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional AI Transformation Director to lead our enterprise-wide AI transformation and help build one of the Middle East’s first truly AI-native organizations.

This role goes far beyond implementing AI tools. You will define how AI becomes embedded into every aspect of our business, from business development and creative operations to finance, HR, project delivery, procurement and executive decision-making.

Your Mission:

Lead the transformation of Alsayegh Group into an AI-first enterprise by designing, implementing and scaling AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s AI transformation strategy.

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities across all business units.

• Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate and enhance business processes.

• Build AI-powered workflows that integrate with our existing technology ecosystem.

• Establish AI governance, security and responsible AI frameworks.

• Partner with executive leadership to embed AI into strategic decision-making.

• Build and lead an internal AI team while managing external technology partners where appropriate.

• Foster an AI-driven culture through education, change management and continuous innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide AI or digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, automation platforms, AI orchestration and enterprise AI architectures.

• Experience integrating AI with CRM, ERP, project management and collaboration platforms.

• Ability to bridge business strategy with technology execution.

• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new capabilities from the ground up.

• Experience in consulting, enterprise technology, AI startups or large-scale transformation programs is highly desirable.
