💻 What you'll be doing.

Design and build AI-powered agents and automation workflows using modern LLM frameworks.
Develop production-grade software around AI systems, integrating with internal platforms and third-party APIs while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
Own the performance and quality of AI workflows through prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability.
Partner with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver impactful features, and help shape the long-term AI architecture.

🧠 What you'll bring

4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python development skills. Experience with Node.js or Java is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous agents using modern LLM frameworks.
A proven track record of building and scaling products from 0–1, taking ownership from concept through to production.
Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally building products that solve complex operational and workflow challenges.

💰Package

Up to AED 25,000 AED per month.
Annual performance-based bonus.
