Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role Overview

Tandem Interim is looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to join an enterprise AI initiative on a contract basis. The role focuses on building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise AI integrations.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of AI or software engineering experience.

• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

• Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.

• Experience developing RAG and multi-agent solutions.

• Proficiency in Python and FastAPI.

• Experience integrating AI with enterprise data pipelines, databases, APIs, and ETL workflows.

• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, and Weaviate.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
