Forward Deployed AI Engineer

DAMAC Group is hiring a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly inside the business across real estate, hospitality, sales, finance, and operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Work with business units to diagnose operational problems and identify where AI can drive impact

Build LLM apps, agentic workflows, RAG systems, AI copilots, and document intelligence tools

Validate solutions with real users, define success metrics, and measure adoption, time saved, revenue impact, and cost reduction

Kill weak ideas early and scale strong ones with engineering and architecture teams

WHAT YOU BRING

4+ years building and shipping AI/ML or LLM-based products

Strong Python, cloud experience across Azure/AWS/GCP, LLM frameworks, and vector databases

Ability to work with senior stakeholders, not just engineers

Track record of moving from prototype to production

Comfort with ambiguity and creating structure independently
